The Last Supper according to Leonardo is made in a wood carving workshop in South Tyrol. The wood used for this is sycamore. For the relief in 55 cm, 80 cm and 115 cm, linden wood is used. You can choose between several different sizes and three different versions. These are natural, tricolor stained or painted. The Last Supper is painted by hand by our artists. You can see with the individual figures how much precision and patience the artists work. The Last Supper has many small details and each figure is individually worked on and painted. The dimensions refer to the length of the wood carving.
The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci is probably the most famous depiction. It depicts Jesus and his disciples shortly after Jesus said after dinner on the night before his crucifixion, "One of you will betray me." This topic was and still is very often presented.

The Last Supper in the Bible, the Holy Scriptures, refers to the last meal with Jesus and his disciples before Judas betrayed him. Thus, the Lord's Supper is also connected with Jesus' arrest and crucifixion.
As you can see, Jesus and his 12 apostles are sitting at a long table. The table is set with food and drink. They all sit on the same side of the table. Jesus sits right in the middle of the table. To his left and right sit six apostles. The apostles converse with each other.
